The T108S V4 offers more than 25 functions on all types of material (granite, marble, concrete, agglomerates).
You just have to change the tools and the parameters to be able to mill, polish, drill, profile and saw…
Moreover, most of the options can be adapted in a second stage on the machine.
The positioning of the pieces is made in a very simple and quick way thanks to clamping by vacuums on the whole surface of the tilting granite table.
The large working capacity (machining of pieces up to 3 m length) combined to a maximum vertical stroke of 400 mm allows processing kitchens of large dimensions as well as massive pieces for decoration and monuments.

In series, the automatic vertical oscillation, as well as the pneumatic pressure, allows to get an unequal polishing quality and to optimize the life of the tools, for the work of edges as well as for the drainboards.
The manufacturing of welded structure elements, the painting and assembling is made in our own workshops, which allows ensuring the quality of the manufacturing at all stages.
All the elements are oversize. The granite table 120 mm thickness ensures excellent reliability and extreme precision.

The satellite head is used for polishing and calibrating flat surfaces. It is capable of obtaining a very high quality of polishing with high efficiency. Its head has a diameter of 215 mm and is equipped with a BT 40 attachment.
The three abrasives have a maximum height of 70 mm. You can use either conventional abrasives or resin abrasives.
For textured surfaces, it is more suitable to use B3 head instead.
The satellite head is compatible with multiple THIBAUT machines (only on THIBAUT) : T108S, T818 M4 & M5, T812, T858V2, T658, T958.
This machine is also capable of cutting porcelain tiles, roof tiles, floor tiles, ceiling tiles.
